Why Big Belly loyalty points?
At Big Belly we value our customers a lot, especially our loyal ones who have been with us for years. We've launched a loyalty campaign as a simple, effortless way to return permanent rewards to customers who choose to order frequently from Big Belly.
What are loyalty points?
These loyalty points are actually value points, which you automatically accumulate with each order placed at Big Belly. Points are allocated to your account starting with the first order placed and then counted on the site www.bigbelly-cluj.ro and on the dedicated app available in the AppStore and PlayStore.
The value of points and orders contains VAT.

What is the value of loyalty points?
1 point is worth 0.5 Lei. By accumulating points the user can pay for products from our menu. The more points, the higher the discounts for various products.
How can loyalty points be used?
Each order placed provides you with loyalty points depending on the final value of the shopping cart. Every 10 lei you spend you earn a loyalty point in our program. In the user profile control panel available on the website www.bigbelly-cluj.ro and on the Big application Belly shows the total number of points you have.
The user can use the loyalty points accumulated after entering the desired product in the shopping cart. In the step of confirmation and payment of the order, next to the address, you will be able to access an area specially created for the use of these points. So, nothing easier, every time you order something delicious from Big Belly you earn points.
Points are assigned to the phone number and are available indefinitely, as long as the number associated with the user account is not changed. Why is this an advantage for you? Because you accumulate points even when you place orders at the phone number displayed on the website www.bigbelly-cluj.ro but also through through our partners.
General rules for using points
Loyalty points are automatically awarded to your customer account, following the purchase of products from the Big Belly menu. The accumulated points can be used in a future order, once a limit of at least 40 points has been reached. Points are only yours and are assigned based on your phone number. Also, they don't expire, so you won't be pressured to miss the opportunity to serve something good and saturated from the Big Belly menu using the benefits of a loyal customer.
Points are automatically awarded to the final value of the shopping cart in your account. The higher the order, the more points you get. Convince your friends to place orders together and get even more points.
How are points calculated in the order value?
The number of points is not rounded, and their final value is given by the final value of the command. Thus, if the user places an order of 20 lei, he will automatically receive 2 loyalty points in his account. If the final value of the order will be 33 lei, then the user will receive 3 loyalty points in the account. If the final value of the order will be 37 lei, then the user will receive 3 loyalty points in the account. Points will not be awarded for orders whose value does not exceed 10 lei. The value of points and orders includes VAT.
Shipping will be calculated before loyalty points are applied , for the total value of the order. The points can be used together with other vouchers or discounts. Points can be used to pay for orders less than or equal to the number of points. Accumulated points cannot be converted into money and are not transferable.
The points are linked to the phone number, assigned to the delivery address. So, the more orders made with that phone number, the more points you will earn.
If you change the phone then the number of points will start increasing from 0 for that phone.
Bigbelly-cluj.ro reserves the right to change the regulations and the way of customer loyalty, as well as the period of the program, with a prior notice.
By participating in this Program, customers confirm that they have acknowledged and agree to abide by and comply with all provisions, terms and conditions of this Regulation and the Bigbelly-cluj.ro platform.
