The delivery time may vary between 40 si 120  minutes depending on different reasons: workload, traffic, or other unforeseen events. However, it is our intention and interest to deliver the order as soon as possible. We want you to know that we are 100% customer oriented, trying to do our best to please everyone even if we know this is rather impossible, otherwise we’ll be perfect :)

The delivery time can vary between 40 and 120 minutes. Depending on the period in which you place the order, road traffic, workload or other unforeseen causes, we assure you that our intention and interest is to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Interval for taking online orders: Monday - Saturday: 09:00 - 22:30, Sunday: 10 - 22:30.

* For scheduled deliveries, we inform you that the delivery time is not guaranteed to be exactly the one transmitted, it may include a margin of 10 - 15 minutes delay, caused by factors not related to the brand or our suppliers (traffic, weather conditions, etc.) . Thank you for understanding.

The payment

Payment for the products can be made
- Cash upon receipt of the order.
- Bank transfer
- With the card upon receiving the order
- Online with card

Payment by card

Payment by card is made through the PayU payment processor.
After sending the order, you will be redirected to the PayU page where you will have to fill in the card data. If the data was entered correctly and there were no card processing problems, the order payment will be made and you will be redirected back to the website to the order summary - Order successfully completed.
If there are problems with processing the payment from the card or the data has not been entered correctly, the PayU page will show you an error or you will be redirected back to the site. If we receive the status "Unpaid" or "Processing error", we will contact you to resolve the order.

Saving the card

For payment by card, you also have the possibility to save the data for a future order. If you check "Save card data", after sending the order and completing the card data, they will be automatically saved in my account under "My cards".

If you do not have an account, after sending the order, the site will create an account automatically. You will receive the data by email with which you will be able to log into the account and separately the email with the summary of the order.
If you have already saved the card(s) in your account, the next time you place an order you will have the opportunity to choose from the saved cards. You can delete saved cards from your account at any time.
The payment card data will not be accessible to BigBelly nor will it be stored by BigBelly or by the payment processor registered in the Site or application.

At the time of completing the order, the User can voluntarily and personally give a tip to the Supplier.
For a correct communication of the Order invoice, the User is obliged to update his Account data as often as necessary and to access the information and documents related to each Order, existing in the Account.

By sending the Order, the User expresses his consent to receive all the billing details in electronic format, to the e-mail address associated with the account from which he placed the Order.
